Shipping, Cancellation and Returns

We ship all over the world. Mostly, oversea shipping will be through DHL or FedEx Express services. Some orders will be dispatched directly from VivTek Yangzhou facility. For large items, ocean freight will be used to control the cost.

The processing time for small items is normally 2-3 days, but we only have about 80% of items in stock overall. Non-in-stock items will take normally 1-3 weeks to get delivered. We will inform the buyer on the delivery time when your order is placed. Or the delivery time will be explained in your quote.

The shipping time depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-7 business days to arrive by ground services. FedEx express 2nd day and overnight services are also good options to get your order faster. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email and can be arranged per agreement.

Emergency order processing and delivery can be requested and will be evaluated case by case.

All our shipments are insured according to the goody value.

Buyers are required to inspect your package before you sign and accept it. If there is any damage due to shipping, please record the evidence, ask the driver to make a note, and inform us immediately.

For domestic shipping, we use FedEx and UPS for packages up to 150lbs, larger packages will go by ground freight. For freight service, limited access
and lift gate fee may apply, which will be the buyer responsibility. We normally charge flat shipping fee for freight based on the best estimate by online tools we have.

For international shipment, DHL Express is preferred, then FedEx. Air freight service will be used for some special countries if cost is very sensitive. The shipping cost/rate varies from time to time, so this should be quoted accordingly.

Orders can be cancelled if not being processed. Otherwise, fees may apply.

We only accept returns of defective products, no any restocking fees for such returns. For returns of non-used items, an approval will be required. All returns will have to get a RMA # before shipping back to us. All returns must be in the original package and remain new state.

Just be aware, restocking fees (10~25%) may apply, the buyer will be informed of the fee before shipping back. All used products or damaged products by buyers cannot be returned.

Customization and Special Orders

If a quote is needed to go through your purchase order system, please send us your business information, purchase office contact and also the items you want to buy. We will work with your purchase staffs and have the order processed in a timely manner.

If you have any special requests on an order, we have to be informed before the order is placed. As many special requirements may change the cost and the product price then, a new quote is likely needed. Please confirm with us before place the order. We try our best to accommodate customer's needs, but it is not always guaranteed.

Warranty and Services

All equipment/instruments provided by Col-Int Tech and VivTek have a one-year standard warranty and all-life service. Some consumable parts are excluded from the standard warranty, but you will be notified before your order is processed. The warranty is strictly limited to the price paid by the customer subject to the sale terms. If you would need any warranty service, please use the contact us form to request.

The Liability by Col-Int Tech for any product is strictly limited to the price paid by the customer subject to the sale and warranty terms above. There is no warranty, expressed or implied against any consequential loss or damage. Col-Int Tech is not responsible for any lab experiment failure, or any other loss/damages due to improper handling of the product.

It is our responsibility and also our right to make decision how to provide the best services.

Federal Hazard Communication Standard requires manufacturers or distributors to publish and distribute "Materials Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)". It additionally requires manufacture and distributors to furnish a copy of the MSDS for the users of their products. Accordingly, a MSDS will be enclosed with each shipped product if you request. We suggest that you make this information available to each and every user of our products.
